Robert Paszczak, Chairman

Robert is currently the Chairman of the Wheaton Bank & Trust Board of Directors. His extensive banking experiences includes serving as Director of the Gary-Wheaton Bank Corporation, Senior Vice President at First National Bank of Chicago, American National Bank & Trust Company of Chicago, Bank One Corporation, and JP Morgan Chase Bank. Robert is heavily involved with charitable organizations and formerly served on the boards of the Polish American Association as both Chairman and Treasurer, Catholic Charities of Joliet Diocese, Peoples Resource Center, BR Ryall YMCA, the Hospice of DuPage, and advisory board of IBVM Sisters. He was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Teleperformance SA and has been a director since May 31, 2011, following a change in the Company’s governance structure. Robert also is the Director of Euclid Beverage. He graduated from Northern Illinois with a degree in Finance. He resides in Wheaton with his wife, Sandra, and two children, Kristin and Michael.

Mary Ann Bobosky

Dr. Mary Ann Bobosky is currently President of Advocates Building Communities, and active in various community organizations including the Community Advisory Council of the Loaves and Fishes Community Pantry, the DuPage Children's Museum, DuPage County Fair Authority, Rob Koranda Scholarship Foundation, Jeanine Nicarico Grants Committee, and Naperville Branch of A.A.U.W. and PEO. She has been featured for her leadership in the Working Mother Magazine, Midwest Living Magazine, and has received Leadership Awards from the State of Illinois Chamber of Commerce, The Chicago YWCA, The DuPage Business Ledger, Citibank, American Association of University Women, and Naperville Jaycees. Mary Ann is married with four children.



Jim Carr

Jim is currently the Owner/President/CEO of Blue Book Services, Inc. and previous work history includes positions at Harris Bank. He served as a member and President of the District 200 School Board, Mayor of the City of Wheaton, and Adjunct Instructor for both the College of DuPage and Wheaton College. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and political science from Culver-Stockton College, an M.A.A.S. from Yale University, and an M.A.R. from Yale Divinity School. He grew up in Macon, Missouri and is married with two children.



James Clark III

Jim Clark founded and is currently the managing principal of EnTrust Realty Advisors, one of the few minority-owned commercial real estate consulting and brokerage firms in the U.S. With more than 33 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and finance, he serves on the Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Center board, is a member of the Real Estate Executive Council, and is a trustee at the Christ Temple Church in Harlem, New York. Jim has won the Humanitarian of the Year award from Jackson Park Hospital and was inducted into the 2016 Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame. He has a Bachelor of Science from the New York University Stern School of Business, an MBA from Columbia University Business School, and a Master of Divinity from the Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern University. A long time resident of Naperville, Jim is an ordained clergy member at St. John AME church in Aurora.



Pamela Davis

Pamela Davis is the chief executive officer emeritus at Edward-Elmhurst Health, where she served as CEO for 29 years. Under her leadership, the institution transformed from a small community hospital into a major regional medical center, and she has been involved on all boards of directors and all committees within the hospital. She has also served on many different external boards, including Gary Wheaton Bank, Alert MD, Harris Bank, and EES SPC. Davis earned a Master of Health Administration in hospital and health services and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and social studies, both from the University of Iowa. Pam has also received numerous awards, including Crain’s Who’s Who in Business and ABC’s Person of the Week in 2008. She’s been recognized on Becker’s Hospital Review for leading one of the country’s top 100 hospitals, named one of the 500 People to Know in Healthcare, and is one of the 130 Top Women Hospital and Health System Leaders.



Stacey Huels

Stacey is currently the Chairman & CEO of First Focus Capital Partners which he founded in 2013. Prior to founding First Focus, he spent over 25 years developing extensive experience in the financial industry, most recently being Chairman & CEO of Wheaton Bank & Trust, where he successfully led his Wintrust subsidiary from a $25 million single location branch in 2004 to $750 million in assets in five locations. Prior to joining Wintrust, he was with JPMorgan and predecessor companies for 13 years where he served as a Director at Banc One Capital Markets and was a Division Head in Commercial Banking at American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. He continues to serve as a Board Member of Wheaton Bank & Trust and lives in Glen Ellyn with his wife and three children.



Brad Kinsey

Brad is co-founder & CEO of Kinsey & Kinsey, Inc. having previously served as Senior Vice President at Mark Twain Bancshares. In addition to his membership of the Wheaton Bank & Trust Board of Directors, he is also a member of the Cadence Health System and History Associate, Inc. Board of Directors. Brad is an honors graduate of DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, and holds an MBA from Indiana University. He resides in Glen Ellyn, Illinois with his wife Chris: they have four adult children.


David Larson

David joined Wintrust Financial Corporation in 2010 and is currently the Executive Vice President and Regional Market Head. He oversees the Wintrust Managed Asset Division and also serves as a Regional Market Head overseeing Wheaton Community Bank, Old Plank Trail Community Bank, and St. Charles Bank & Trust. Previous banking experience includes various executive positions at Chicago bank subsidiaries of FBOP Corporation. In addition to serving on the Wheaton Bank & Trust Board of Directors, David is a member of the Bridge Communities board and a mentor for African American high school youth at LINK Unlimited. David holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. David is married with two boys and lives in Downers Grove, Illinois.


Jim Mathieson

Jim’s work history includes Managing Partner of the CPA firm of Mathieson, Moyski, Celer & Co. LLP, General Partner in numerous real estate investment partnerships, and a Registered Investment Advisor. In addition to serving as a member of the Wheaton Bank & Trust Board of Directors, he will remain as an active member for various organizations including the DuPage Heritage Gallery, Wheaton Cemetery Association, Wheaton area Chamber of Commerce, Illinois Association of School Business Officials, and the Illinois School Board Association. He is also an elected school board member of Community Unit School District 200, serving the communities of Wheaton and Warrenville. He is a Northern Illinois University graduate, resides in Warrenville, Illinois with his wife Gail, and has three adult children.


Chuck McKenna

Chuck is a retired partner of the accounting and consulting firm Crowe Horwath LLP, where he worked for more than 25 years and served as Chairman of the Board. In addition to serving on the Wheaton Bank & Trust Board of Directors, he will also continue to serve on the Board of Directors of Penske Motor Group, one of the largest dealerships in the United States. Chuck is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the DuPage Community Foundation. He has a long history of community involvement and service, serving as a past board member and current associate member of Metropolitan Family Services and his involvement with Lion's Club International. Chuck also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for St. Francis High School in Wheaton. Chuck is a longtime Wheaton resident where he and his wife Kathy raised their two children.


Patricia Murray

Patricia Murray has been involved in marketing and selling real estate since 1974. She is a full-time, top-producing Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services – KoenigRubloff in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and is consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in the Glen Ellyn/Wheaton market. She supports the Glen Ellyn Infant Welfare Society and has been a Gold Sponsor in the Society's Housewalk for more than five years. She donates time and funds to Bridge Communities and PADS in the DuPage County Area, and has been a key fundraiser and advocate for The Young Men's Educational Network for many years. Patricia graduated with honors from John Marshall Law School with a Juris Doctor and from Rosary College with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She resides in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and has one adult son.


Pam Sharar-Stoppel

Pam is currently President & CEO of Wheaton Bank & Trust. Previous work history includes Underwriter of Directors and Officers Liability, Deputy Branch Manager for Australia and New Zealand Bank in Chicago, and various senior management roles in Middle Market Banking at American National Bank and Chase. .She serves on the Board of Wessex 504 and the Associate Board of Metropolitan Family Services, DuPage, and is a member of the Wheaton Lions. She holds an MBA degree in Finance and International Business from the Northwestern Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Pam and her husband, Jim, reside in Wheaton, Illinois and have two adult children.


Michael Skarr

Mike holds an engineering degree from Marquette University as well as an MBA degree from Lewis University. He hold several honors including the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award in community service and the Distinguished Alumni Award from Lewis University, the Naperville Jaycee's Distinguished Service Award in business, the Illinois State Crime Commission's Business Leader of the Year Award, the DuPage Workforce Board's Business Leader Recognition Award, and Extraordinary Citizen Award from the Three Fires Council of Boy Scouts of America. In addition to serving on the Wheaton Bank & Trust Board of Directors, Mike will continue to keep his seats as President of the Friends for Lisle Township Foundation, board member of Virtual Learning Solutions, President of Not-for-Profit Strategies and Solutions, LLC, and as a member of the Naperville Heritage Society's Finance Committee.
